Dedicated to public safety since 2003

Head Shot of Tony from EPS.jpg

I grew up in a family of firefighters which is where my passion for public safety comes from. In 2003 I went to EMT school and the fire academy, and never looked back. As I progressed through my career I recognized the value of education and completed my master's in emergency management and homeland security at Arizona State University.

My father, uncle and cousin were all small business owners that faced their share of ups and downs. The responsibility of running a business, taking care of employees and keeping the lights on can be as rewarding as it is stressful. I believe that any opportunity to reduce that stress should be taken. Planning for a disaster before it happens can bring peace of mind when you are faced with the unthinkable.

My years of experience responding to emergencies coupled with my education allow me to help local businesses plan for the unexpected. Let me help you reduce the stress of owning a local business by developing a plan specific to your needs. I will worry about the unexpected so that you can focus on running your business.

Our Philosophy

Disasters don't plan ahead, but you can.

Private-sector preparedness is not a luxury; it is a cost of doing business.

What We do

Emergency planning is a vital part of a successful business plan, but it often goes overlooked. The Small Business Administration estimates that only 40% of businesses have a formal emergency plan in place. It is also estimated that most businesses that are affected by an emergency will never recover.

At EPS we work with businesses on a one-on-one basis to:

  • Identify and prioritize threats
  • Establish an incident command system
  • Create an emergency plan specific to the needs of the business
  • Develop policies and procedures
  • Expand training programs
